After completing a BE in Computer, Abhijeet was placed with Bharat Electricals Limited as a Project Head (2013-16). During his tenure, he made significant contributions as a core member of the UID (Aadhaar) Project, a flagship initiative of the Indian Government. Leading a team of over 50 developers, he played a pivotal role in building and managing critical databases that formed the backbone of the project. His expertise and leadership were instrumental in the project’s success, showcasing his ability to drive large-scale, impactful initiatives.

In 2017, Abhijeet embarked on his entrepreneurial journey as CEO & CTO by co-founding AppyStack Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering software company based in Pune with a strong focus on building robust solutions.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Abhijeet transitioned from his corporate career to establish AppyStack, his mission was to design robust software solutions tailored to clients’ needs, earning the trust of renowned brands like Adani Group, Kubota Tractors, etc.

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the pressing challenges in India’s unorganized healthcare sector. Recognising this gap, Abhijeet envisioned a streamlined healthcare system powered by technology. This led to the creation of AppyStack’s HMIS System, DocITHealth, designed to provide customized solutions for hospitals, addressing their unique operational needs.

In just one year, AppyStack has achieved remarkable milestones:

  • Onboarding over 10 healthcare clients.
  • Generating business worth ₹1.6 crore, outperforming many decade-old competitors.

Abhijeet is also proficient in cybersecurity solutions. To address the growing need for organizational security, he co-founded GradesPoint Technology Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in cybersecurity for high-risk organizations.

Today, under Abhijeet’s dynamic leadership, AppyStack boasts a talented team of over 50 developers, alongside dedicated marketing and sales divisions. His unwavering commitment to innovation continues to drive the company’s growth and its mission to revolutionize Indian healthcare with cutting-edge technology. Simultaneously, his work with Sahil Gaikwad on GradesPoint, with a team of over ten hackers, aims to establish a robust defence framework for organisations in an increasingly digital world.

Sahil is leading AppyStack Owned & Developed Cybersecurity Product GradesPoint, which focuses on cybersecurity solutions for organisations. He is a professional, ethical hacker and an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain. Since he was 15 years old, he had a passion for technology and the ever-evolving world of cybersecurity, which has led him to specialise in various fields such as Penetration Testing, Secure Coding, Android Hacking, Drone Development, and much more.

With his expertise in over 17 programming languages, including Python, Perl, Ruby, Lua, and Go Bash, he has developed innovative and secure solutions for countless organisations.

He is passionate about educating others about cybersecurity and he has trained more than 5000 professors, students, and corporate professionals. He has authored the critically acclaimed book, “Cyber Security: The Essential Guide,” which offers practical insights and best practices to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity. Moreover, he has created a Cyber Security syllabus for Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune’s MBA department and other esteemed engineering colleges, emphasising the need for comprehensive training in this field.
