All the surgery related hospital records are Stored, Managed & are Tracked using this - OT module i.e. "DocITHealth". This DocITHelath module manages the entire Operation Theater i.e. OT related activities like - Scheduling Operation, Surgery Team Management, Equipments and Medicines required for Surgery as instructed by Expert Surgeons & Consultants participating in the Surgical acitivity. The Entire activity is Properly Planned and Controlled using a defined Checklist. We provide documents with facility for e-Signatures mandatorily required of Patient along with his Relative i.e. their WILLINGNESS / PERMISSION for CONDUCTING the SUGGESTED SURGERY. We maintain Pre & Post Operative Patients data / condition in this OT Module. DocITHealth is equipped with all the CPT Codes used during the Surgery in Operation Theater.
